Welcome to waist management!

This is an online journal of my transformation.  I intend to loose half my body weight  over the next two years.  1-2 pounds a week.  I will weigh in with my current weight at some point today, after I use the gym scales to get it.  I have a plan, what I need from you is support.  If you have a comment, idea, or suggestion,  really anything positive please feel free to leave it.  Thanks for the journey,
